Last May I had the pleasure of performing my setting of Walt Whitman’s, “When Lilacs Last in the Dooryard Bloomed”, at Noe Valley Chamber Music in San Francisco with the stunning Melody Moore. Melody and I connected immediately – her powerful performance, and complete emotional commitment to everything she performs is rare. I’m looking forward to working with her on a new recording in 2011.
